Pricing & Engagement Models

I usually work on a monthly retainer for either hands-on leadership roles or as a strategic advisor.

Retainers usually fall somewhere between $2,500 and $30,000/month depending on the level of engagement.

For clearly scoped projects, I offer fixed-fee packages starting around $25K.

But if it’s the right fit, we’ll figure something out.
