Books

I’ve co-authored two books; one practical, one personal. Both reflect my belief that how we work together matters deeply, and that with the right tools and conversations, real transformation is possible.

  • Agile Business

A collection of essays on the tools, practices, and mindsets behind agile organizations. This was my first book project. It was a labor of love, that gave me the opportunity to learn from some incredible practitioners.

  • Radical Alignment

My wife, Alex Jamieson, and I co-wrote this book to share a set of communication tools we developed together. We would teach them to friends and colleagues who’d say, “You should really write a book about this.” So we did!

Blog

Essays, reflections, and frameworks I’m developing (in real time). Some are polished, others are a bit raw. But all are meant to clarify complexity, spark insight, and explore how we can work better, together.
